【Abstract】In order to explore the application effect of joint rehabilitation training device to improve the range of motion of the elbow joint， 48 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups were treated with physical therapy，In the treatment group， the patients in the treatment group were treated with joint rehabilitation training after the joint e results showed that： the treatment group， the passive flexion and extension activities were significantly improved pared with the control group， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）.And drawn a conclusion：the joint rehabilitation training device with the joint mobilization of joint mobilization has a significant effect on the treatment of elbow joint.
